Chanonry House is a modern, purpose-built workspace in Elgin.
We are pleased to offer a selection of well-appointed, furnished offices in the Chanonry Industrial Estate, Elgin. These facilities can be rented on a short term basis (month to month) if this suits your business needs.
Housed in a newly-built office building with fantastic amenities, our contemporary building is fully DDA compliant, with a lift and an accessible bathroom. With a prime location just off the A96, this office building is an ideal base for growing and established businesses alike. Each office is move-in ready with one desk and attractive furniture, should you require.
Rent at Chanonry House includes electricity, heating, security systems and access to high-speed Internet. They all contain an abundance of Ethernet and power sockets and have WiFi. Each office space has been designed for ambitious, growing businesses.
Tenants have use of a private car park (EV charging point available), a fully-equipped shared kitchen, bathrooms and a shower room. Tenants will also have the opportunity to book our board room for private meetings (which can be catered by you using the adjoining kitchen). All offices include their own storage spaces.
All-inclusive rent
Rent at Chanonry House is all-inclusive. That means we take care of the heating, electricity, high-speed Internet and security system.
Meeting space
Tenants of Chanonry House have access to a shared meeting room at a discounted rate (which includes hot drinks). You also have full use of our large kitchen at any time.
Security
Chanonry House is a secure environment. Visitors can access your space via a video doorbell, which is answered by our team Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 (excluding the festive holiday) and a comfortable waiting area.
