Gairland owns and operates four outstanding serviced business centres in Moray – the food and drink capital of Scotland. Our latest renovation, Caledonian House Business Centre, boasts ten bespoke offices housed in a converted Georgian bank on Elgin’s High Street. Also in Elgin, Park House Business Centre provides well-appointed, classically finished serviced offices in a former Georgian mansion house. Our Fochabers property, Speyside Business Centre, sits close to the banks of the River Spey with great access to the recently upgraded A96 Inverness-Aberdeen trunk route.
Gairland owns and lets out a number of residential properties. Braal Castle in Halkirk, in the centre of Caithness, houses one and two bedroom apartments which have been tastefully converted. Set on the River Thurso in parkland surroundings, Braal offers affordable accommodation in a booming part of the North of Scotland. Also in Halkirk, Fairview House has been recently re-insulated and houses seventeen affordable apartments. We also let a number of flats in Elgin, Moray.
