Just a few months after moving into their new office at Caledonian House Business Centre, our friend and tenant Ordered Company found that they needed a bigger space.
Caledonian House is more than just a business centre – it’s a community of ambitious companies, some large and some growing, who work incredibly hard to develop their businesses.
One case study that we are incredibly proud of is the story of our friend and tenant, Ordered Company. Run by directors Claire Beckley and Michelle Bevan, Ordered helps organisations manage their data and comply with an ever changing regulatory landscape.
We were delighted to welcome Ordered as one of Caledonian House’s founding tenants in 2017 when they made Office Four their home. However, it wasn’t long before Ordered were ready to make the leap from their medium-sized office on our first floor to Caledonian House’s largest office, spanning the length of the building.
It’s been a phenomenal period of growth for Ordered, with their team tripling in size.
Claire Beckley says:
“We strongly believe that part of the reason for our steady growth is the location of our new offices, based, as it is, on Elgin High Street.
“Our new office has created an inspirational work environment, conducive to team work and excellent productivity”
