Elgin Bypass
Plans for
Elgin’s new bypass have been approved by the Moray Council to go through Wittet
Drive in Elgin,
Unfortunately two of the houses here will have to be demolished and 6
gardens will have to be shortened. The Scottish government have not yet
approved the plans although they have approved bypasses for Keith and the bypass at Fochabers
which is now nearing completion. This leaves
Elgin as the piggy in the middle.
Elgin is known for being the commercial centre for
Moray
with many people commuting here to work daily. The new bypass will alleviate some of the traffic congestion and improve journey times experienced by both the general public and businesses trying to get in and around Elgin. Building the bypass will also bring more business interests to the area and stimulate economic growth. This will also identify sites for industrial and commercial development.
At
The Park House Business
Centre we are offering serviced
office space,
virtual offices,
meeting rooms and
café in pleasant surroundings,
suitable for new businesses coming to Elgin. |
