Chattels Property LLP

In 2008 Chattels Property LLP was setup in Elgin, Moray to provide a high quality and efficient letting & property management service for Landlords in the area.

Before we employed our own property manager we used Chattels Property LLP to look after all our properties in Moray & Caithness.  Whilst we concentrated on renovating our various projects.

In 2009 Wendy Pleasant who ran Chattels decided to retire.  Arrangements were made for the properties managed for other landlords to be looked after by another agency in Elgin.  As the majority of the properties Chattels managed were our ones it was decided that their website and phone numbers would be forwarded to us.

Gairland LLP does not manage properties for other landlords, however we have a large selection of properties in Moray & Caithness, please see our letting page for a list of currently available properties.

We do not have Chattels' records, we therefore can not provide tenant references for ex-Chattels tenants, nor can we provide information on any of the properties they managed, other than our own.

We have created this webpage to help explain the situation, & to avoid confusion.
