TaxAssist Accountants Elgin

One of our tenants has written an article about their experiences setting up a business in Elgin.

The town of Elgin has long been considered an important centre for trade and commerce and our experience has proven this to be true.  People from across Moray, from Keith in the east to Forres in the west, congregate daily to visit its multitude of shops and visitor attractions. Elgin provides a lively, friendly atmosphere which can be absent in other towns.

In June 2007 TaxAssist Accountants came to Elgin High Street.  As a chain of accountancy firms operating across the UK (and now Ireland) it was important to find a good location from which to act as our base in the north east.  It hasn’t always been easy, especially since Elgin is home to many well established competitors, yet we are still here over four years later, with one eye on the future and planning for possible expansion.

Our hope is to remain in Elgin for many more years to come.  Everyone, from our neighbours to our landlord and yes even the Moray Council, have made us feel so welcome and helped us greatly.  Without all of their support, we wouldn’t be here today.
