Gairland LLP is a property
development company based in Elgin with the majority of our projects being
based in the Moray area. Mostly we renovate old interesting
buildings.
The company name comes from Gairland House built in 1864 where our office is based.
We’ve been able to secure our position in the current climate well, and
are looking to expand our portfolio. If you’re a landlord looking to pull
out of the rental market or have a property you’re trying to sell please
get in touch, it may be what we’re looking for. We're always looking
for larger buildings with conversion potential or properties with sitting
tenants.
